Refund & cancellation

Registration fees are refundable if a cancellation request is received **on or before the published registration deadline**. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline, except in extraordinary circumstances approved by the Tournament Director. If the tournament is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. If a division is canceled due to insufficient registrations, affected players will be offered a full refund, credit toward another division (if eligible), or transfer to a future tournament. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Director using the contact information provided on the tournament page. Refund processing may take **5–10 business days**, depending on the original payment method. Registration fees are non-transferable to another player unless approved by the Tournament Director.
